December 30, 2025 | Men's Soccer
SEATTLE - Washington continues to rack up the postseason awards as five Huskies claim Top Drawer Soccer accolades. Richie Aman and Harrison Bertos were both named to the Best XI First Team and were named the No. 6 and No. 9 ranked players respectively.
Charlie Kosakoff joined Aman and Bertos in the player rankings, landing at No. 78 while Asher Hestad and Osato Enabulele came in at No. 34 and No. 38 in the freshman rankings.
It's no surprise the Huskies have garnered plenty of awards in the postseason. Washington won its first NCAA title earlier this month, taking down NC State 3-2 in overtime.
The Huskies became the first team to clinch the NCAA championship with six wins away from home. Washington defeated Oregon State, No. 5 SMU, No. 12 Stanford, and No. 4 Maryland on the road before taking down No. 16 Furman and No. 15 NC State in neutral site matches.
Richie Aman is one of three finalists for the MAC Hermann Trophy after having one of the best offensive seasons in program history. He played in all 24 matches while tallying 22 points on four goals and 14 assists.
Harrison Bertos provided the championship-winning goal against NC State after having a stellar season in defense. In total, Bertos tallied five goals, including three game winners in 23 total matches.
Charlie Kosakoff was the leading offensive creator this season for the Huskies, bagging 11 goals. He finished the year with 29 points, adding in seven assists to go with his goals.
Asher Hestad came back from injury during the early 2025 season and became a stalwart in defense for UW. He finished the year with 18 matches played and 15 starts while bagging two goals, one of which came against Furman in the College Cup.
Osato Enabulele played in all but one game this season and earned six starts in his first season with the Huskies. He finished the year with three goals and was a dominant player in the midfield when on the pitch.
