September 25, 2024 | Men's Tennis
TULSA, Okla. -- It was a tough day for the Dawgs in the main doubles draw opener. Seniors Cesar Bouchelaghem and Dzianis Zharyn could not get their rhythm going at the ITA All-American Championships and fell to a top-20 duo from Duke. The 10th-ranked Husky pair will look to get their first win of the season in the backdraw on Thursday.
Bouchelaghem and Zharyn lost to Winegar/Williams of Duke by a 6-0, 6-3 count.
They'll try to bounce back tomorrow against Georgia's 33rd-ranked Thomas Paulsell and Ryan Colby in a match scheduled for 1:30 p.m. PT.
