UW Women’s Basketball TV Designations & Tip Times Announced
October 09, 2024 | Women's Basketball
ROSEMONT, Ill. – TV designations and tip-off times for the 2024-25 Washington women's basketball season have been set, the Big Ten Conference announced today.
It's the most coverage via nationally distributed platforms in Big Ten women's basketball history.
The Huskies will have six nationally televised games – five on Big Ten Network and one on Peacock. Games not on a national broadcast will be streamed live on B1G+. Information on how to watch can be found HERE.
Washington's regular season finale at Alaska Airlines Arena vs. Oregon on Sunday, March 2 is part of the Big Ten Network's wildcard weekend, and BTN will decide which of the four remaining non-televised games that day will be broadcast. Per the TV schedule, the tip time (should UW vs. Oregon be selected) would be 12 p.m. PT. That selection will be announced in mid-February.
Last month, Washington released the full 2024-25 schedule, which features 11 opponents who made NCAA Tournament appearances last season. The current B1G includes nine teams (half the conference) who made the NCAA Tournament, and 15 of the 18 teams had postseason appearances.
The full schedule can be found HERE.
