SEATTLE – The #10 Washington Huskies won a heart-pumping overtime game 3-2 over the San Diego State Aztecs for their second straight Pac-12 win. Washington tied the game up in the final minute of regulation, then scored the golden goal two minutes into overtime.

Dylan Teves and Ryan Sailor had the dramatic goals in the final minutes. Teves had the gamewinner, a penalty-kick goal. Lucas Meek drew the PK with a shot that glanced off a defender for a handball. Sailor scored his first career goal on a header at the 89:01 mark to tie it at 2-2 and send it to OT.

Charlie Ostrem had the other goal for the Huskies and picked up an assist on the Sailor goal for his first career multi-point game.

Once again, the Huskies dramatically outshot their opposition, holding an 18-2 advantage on shots and not allowing a corner kick all game long. No opponent has managed more than six shots in a game against the Huskies so far and none have more than two shots on goal in a game.

After falling behind 2-1, the Husky offense kicked into overdrive. Washington had the final seven shots of the game and, after tying the game, did not relinquish possession at any point in overtime.

		SCORING
38' \| A disagreement on a throw-in resulted in a break for San Diego State, which then drew a penalty in the box. San Diego State would convert the PK for the 1-0 lead. 57' \| The Huskies kept the ball in the box for almost 30 full seconds of madness. Eventually, Ostrem ripped a hard shot off the post and into the net to tie it up. 65' \| A give-and-go play just outside the box worked for San Diego State shortly after taking a quick free kick, making it 2-1. 90' \| With just 59 seconds left on the clock, Sailor skied for his first career goal off a free kick, sending the game to overtime. 92' \| Meek had two shots in the box in quick succession, with the second hitting a defender's hand for a handball. Teves took the penalty kick and calmly put away the golden goal winner.

		NOTES
In the first 41 games of his career, Ostrem had four points. He has matched that total in the last two games. Sailor is the third Husky defender to score a goal this year, along with Ostrem and Kendall Burks. Jayson Baca made his first career start, playing 33 minutes. Teves has scored a penalty-kick goal in each of the last two games. Both of those PKs were drawn by Meek. Washington has now outshot the opposition 102-15 this season.
