The Washington softball team picked up two wins on the final day of the Judi Garman Classic in Fullerton, Calif., defeating No. 11 Michigan 10-2 in five innings before edging host Cal State Fullerton 7-2.
Husky baseball took Sunday's rubber match with UC Irvine, 12-2, at Husky Ballpark and gave head coach Lindsay Meggs his 300th win at the UW in doing so.
Alexis Griggsby scored a season-high 11 points and UW women's basketball's seniors Mai-Loni Henson had 11 and Amber Melgoza added 10 in their final regular-season game but No. 3 Oregon was too much as the Huskies suffered a 96-52 loss on Sunday afternoon at Matthew Knight Arena.
The UW men's tennis team suffered a tough 4-0 loss as it faced its second ranked Pac-12 opponent in three days in No. 1 USC in the Nordstrom Tennis Center.
