Kids Clinic Following May 12 Game Vs. Utah
April 15, 2019 | Baseball, Tickets
Every day is a great day to be at the ballpark, but on Sunday, May 12, kids ages 7-12 will get an especially unique opportunity at Husky Ballpark. Following the completion of the Washington-Utah game (12:00 p.m. scheduled first pitch), Husky Baseball will conduct their 2019 Kids Clinic.
This is an exclusive opportunity for boys and girls ages 7-12 to spend the day at the home field of the 2018 College World Series participant Washington Huskies. The Washington Baseball Kids Clinic will provide a great way for youth players to learn from the coaching staff and players from the UW Baseball team. Camp will be indoors and outdoors, defense and hitting on the baseball field, hitting inside the Huskies' covered batting facility.
"I'm excited for both the kids and our program as we prepare for the May 12th post-game Kids Clinic," says 10th-year Husky Coach Lindsay Meggs.
"We want to do our part to help kids enjoy the game of baseball and to learn more about our great game. This is also a great opportunity for our guys to give something back to the baseball community and to impact the lives of the kids who love Husky Baseball."
The Kids Clinic is free of charge, however, admission into the ballpark is required upon entry. The clinic will be 90 minutes and is limited to just 100 participants. Space is filling up fast, so buy your game tickets today and register now!
Open to All Entrants within the age range.
