A Pair of Matches At Home This Weekend for UW

SEATTLE – Washington men's tennis hosts another two matches this weekend against UC Davis and Wisconsin on Friday and Sunday, respectively, at the Nordstrom Tennis Center.

In the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) rankings, senior captain Jake Douglas made his way onto the singles rankings at No. 48. He is 5-0 in singles so far in 2018, helping lead the Huskies to their current 4-1 record.

The UC Davis Aggies are 2-4 on the year. They will be making the trip to Seattle coming off of a 5-2 win against San Francisco.

Wisconsin is 4-2 coming into the weekend. The Huskies will have their hands full in doubles as the Badgers have the No. 3 duo in Chema Carranza and Josef Dodridge.

UW will play UC Davis on Friday at 5 p.m. PT, following the women's tennis match at 1 p.m. PT. On Sunday, the Dawgs will face the Badgers in their earliest match of the year at 10 a.m. PT. Live streaming and scoring can be found on the Washington men's tennis home page.
