Davis and Foley Advance to Doubles Championship Match

SEATTLE --- Jack Davis and Piers Foley advanced to the ITA Northwest Regionals doubles championship match after winning their semifinal match on Sunday over Dominic Barretto and Can Kaya from California 7-6 (5), 6-3.
Davis and Foley will take on Joshua Charleton and Thomas Laurent from Oregon in the championship match on Monday morning.
The Husky pair are the first to reach the ITA Northwest Regionals doubles championship match since Emmett Egger and Jeff Hawke in 2013. The Huskies have twice won the doubles championship in Daniel Chu and Alex Vlaski in 2003 as well as Vlaski and Ari Strasberg in 2002.
Seniors Enzo Sommer and Kawika Lam fell to Charleton and Laurent in the semifinal match 6-3, 1-6, 5-10.

Charleton/Laurent (Oregon) def. Sommer/Lam 6-3, 1-6, 5-10
