UW Concludes Desert Trip at No. 7 Arizona Sunday

UW concludes its Arizona road swing on Sunday as it faces the No. 7 Arizona Wildcats at 12:30 p.m. PT at the McKale Memorial Center on Sunday, Jan. 29. The game will be nationally televised by FOX with Kevin Burkhard, Casey Jacobsen and Kristina Pink on the call. Additionally, fans can tune into KOMO 1000AM/97.7FM to hear Bob Rondeau and Jason Hamilton call the action. UW last won in Tucson on Jan. 28, 2012 (69-67).
The Coach
Head Coach Lorenzo Romar, in his 15th year at Washington, has amassed a 298-185 (.617) during his time in Seattle and an overall mark of 391-273 (.589) in 21 seasons. Romar, the longest tenured coach in the Pac-12, has taken the Huskies to the NCAA tournament six times including three Sweet 16 appearances.

• Freshman Markelle Fultz is the only player in the NCAA averaging 20 points, 6 assists and 6 rebounds as of Jan. 27
• Fultz recorded his fifth career 30-point game vs. Utah ... those five tie for the fifth most by a UW player in program history and he is the first freshman at UW to do so ... he has also recorded 20 or more points in 15 of UW's 20 games.
• Fultz is averaging 32.3 points over the last four outings, which is the most by a Husky in a four-game stretch under Romar.
