
Omaha Challenge Recap: Team Recon Rallies

In what has become an annual team-building competition for the Husky Baseball players, Team Recon consisting of AJ Graffanino, Josh Cushing, John Naff, Michael Petrie, Tommy Costello, Adam Davenport and Joe Demers won the 2016 Omaha Games. Team Recon beat Team LRRPs in the four-day competition's final event – the tug-a-war – to rally for the victory.
Team Purple, consisting of Jack Meggs, Jacob Hirsh, Willie MacIver, Christian Jones, Alex Hardy, Leo Nierenberg and Josh Burgmann led the competition from the start, but could not hold on to a 50-point lead heading into the decisive tug-a-war.
