
Huskies Host Long Beach State Tuesday at 8 p.m.

Washington (2-1) vs. Long Beach State (1-4)
The Huskies wrap up their four-game homestand this Tuesday, Nov. 22, as they host Long Beach State at 8 p.m. at Alaska Airlines Arena. The game will be televised by the Pac-12 Networks with J.B. Long and Steve Lavin on the call. Additionally, fans can tune into KOMO 1000AM/97.7FM to hear Bob Rondeau and Jason Hamilton call the action. The two squads have faced off five times in program history including three times in last four seasons with all three of those games being decided by 10 points or less. Washington owns a 5-0 series lead.
The Coach
Head Coach Lorenzo Romar, in his 15th year at Washington, has amassed a 291-175 (.624) during his time in Seattle and an overall mark of 384-263 (.593) in 20 seasons. Romar, the longest tenured coach in the Pac-12, has taken the Huskies to the NCAA tournament six times including three Sweet 16 appearances.

• Freshman Markelle Fultz is the only player nationally to average 27+ points, 6+ assists and 5+ rebounds this season.
• Fultz is just the third player in the Lorenzo Romar era to post back-to-back 30+scoring games joining Andrew Andrews (30 at ASU, 1/16/16 and 33 v. Colorado, 1/20/16) and Brandon Roy (35 v. ASU, 12/29/05 and 35 v.
