
Pac-12 Network Will Broadcast 17 UW Baseball Games

SAN FRANCISCO - The Pac-12 Network and Conference released the 2016 baseball broadcast schedule and the Huskies are slated to appear on the network at least 17 times during the season.
Husky fans will be able to watch eight home games and nine road contests on television, at Pac-12.com or via the Pac-12 Now app.
The Huskies open their 2016 season with two series on the road against Baylor and the following weekend against UC Riverside. Their first home series will take place Friday, March 4 through Sunday, March 6 against Santa Clara who finished .500 in the WCC last season. This will be a four-game series with a double header on Saturday.
Washington will open Pac-12 play at Husky Ballpark on Friday, March 18th against the Arizona Wildcats who finished just below the Huskies last season in the standings.
The first series to be broadcast will be a home series against the Oregon Ducks, which is scheduled to be played Thursday, March 24 through Saturday, March 26. The next broadcasted series will be at Oregon State from Friday, April 1 through Sunday, April 3, and the following weekend at Arizona State on Friday, April 8 through Sunday, April 10.
The Huskies will then return home to play one game against Seattle University before their next televised series against UCLA, which will include two televised games on Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16.
The next series to be televised will be against the Washington State Cougars, held at Husky Ballpark this year from Friday, May 13 through Sunday May 15.
The Huskies will wrap up their season with their final series that will be televised at Utah Friday, May 27 through Sunday, May 29.
The Huskies resume practice after the winter break in early January and will open up the season with a three-game series at Baylor in Waco, Texas starting Friday, February 19 through Sunday, February 21.
