The U.S. finished off a strong performance in the group phase with a rout of Haiti, topping Group B with a 2-0-1 record and a goal differential of plus 11. Hedge did not play in the victory after starting and scoring in the USA's 6-1 win over Panama on Monday.

Bond-Flasza and the Jamaicans will have a tall task ahead to make the semifinals. Jamaica currently sits in third place in Group A (standings here). Jamaica can tie Honduras at 1-1-1 should Canada beat Honduras and Jamaica beat Trinidad, but with a minus-7 goal differential, Jamaica will need a lopsided victory over Trinidad and a big win from Canada to overcome a nine-goal deficit in goal differential and win the tie breaker with Honduras. Honduras' goal differential is currently plus 2. Jamaica and Honduras played to a 2-2 draw to open group play for both teams.
Group A concludes round robin play on Tuesday, Dec. 8.
Dec. 5, 2015 - Matches Postponed
Both matches, including Jamaica vs. Canada, were postponed due to excessive rain. The games will be rescheduled.
Dec. 4, 2015 - USA 2, Mexico 2
The U.S. scored two early goals to take a 2-0 lead, but Mexico battled back to earn a draw in the opening match of the championship for both teams.
