2017-18 (FRESHMAN): Saw action in all 34 games averaging 14.2 minutes … posted 14 points with a career-best 4-of-4 from 3-point range at Saint Mary’s in the second round of the NIT … also added a career-best tying two blocks … scored a career-high 17 points on 5-of-10 shooting from the field including a 2-of-4 mark from 3-point range and 5-of-7 from the FT line at Stanford … scored 10 points on 4-of-6 shooting from the field at OSU while adding three rebounds and two steals … registered 11 points on 3-of-7 FG shooting including a 4-of-6 FT mark against Washington State … scored 10 points on 4-of-6 shooting and a career-best 2 made from long distance against California … has knocked down at least one -pointer in 12 of his 34 games … recorded his second double-digit scoring effort with 11 points on perfect shooting from the field (5-of-5 FG, 1-of-1 3FG) against Bethune-Cookman … set career-highs with 12 points on 3-of-7 shooting vs. Virginia Tech in New York

PRE-UW (HIGH SCHOOL): Carter is a 6-6, 185-pound shooting guard/small forward who was ranked 29^th in the country at the shooting guard by Scout.com ... is also the No. 2 SG from the state of New York in the Class of 2017 ... on the 2017 Nike EYBL circuit, helped the New York City Rocks to 10 wins en route to earning a spot at the Peach Jam ... in 16 games at the EYBL, he averaged 12.7 points on 55 percent shooting from the field, while also pulling down 4.0 rebounds and dishing out 1.7 assists in 18.3 minutes per outing ... as a 16-year old on the EYBL in a league that included 18-year-olds, Carter averaged 10.7 points a game while shooting .592 (61-103) from the field, and .464 (13-28) from three-point range ... during the summer prior to his senior year, Carter also led the Rochester Boys Team to the New York Summer Hoops Festival Championship while also taking home the slam dunk contest title ... attended Bishop Kearney High School and was coached by Kevin Goode ... averaged 15.1 points per game as a junior and improved on that during his final season as he put up 19.1 ppg and added 3.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists.
