2008 (Freshman)
Appeared in 11 games, making nine starts, to earn her first letter... Took one shot... Made her collegiate debut in the first game of the season at Montana, one of five freshmen to play in the season-opener... Got the starting nod in game No. 2 when she was in the starting lineup against Gonzaga... Started the next three games, notching her lone shot in a 2-0 win over San Diego State... Started the next eight games before senior Dana Stirn returned from a knee injury.
Northwood High School
Four-year letterwinner and team captain her junior and senior seasons... Team won the Seaview League her sophomore and senior seasons... Three-time all-defensive team honoree... Named the team's Most Inspirational Player her sophomore and junior seasons... Also ran cross country and track in high school, lettering all four years in each... Set the Northwood High School record for the 3,200 meters on the track in 2007 and set two cross country school records in 2005... Was a state cross country finalist in 2005... All-Pacific Coast League, All-Orange County and All-CIF in 2005 and 2006.
Personal
Parents are Anne and John Leslie... Has two sisters, Katherine (21) and Kim (25)... Katherine is a senior at UW... Comes from an athletic family; her father, John, played tennis at USC from 1972-76, her uncle, Jeff Benedetti, played baseball at USC from 1971-75 and her cousin, Joey Benedetti, currently plays golf at the University of Oregon... Played for the Irvine Strikers Club team which won the 2007 Las Vegas College Showcase.
