UW’s Holdenried Tabbed MAC Hermann Trophy Midfielder To Watch

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Washington midfielder Jadyn Holdenried has been selected as a MAC Hermann Trophy Midfielder to Watch, announced Monday by the United Soccer Coaches and the Intercollegiate Women's Soccer Organization for Coaches.
A Second Team All-Big Ten honoree, Holdenried also garnered All-North Region plaudits in 2025 after ranking second on the team with 19 points and seven goals, tying the team lead with five assists.
The Windsor, California, native was pivotal in the Huskies' Big Ten Championship push, ranking second in the conference and 24th nationally with five match-winning goals.
Entering her fourth season in a Husky kit, Holdenried brings a veteran presence to the middle of the park, owning 63 appearances and 43 starts. In her career, Holdenried has racked up 11 goals and eight assists.
The full Watch List for the MAC Hermann Trophy, college soccer's highest honor, will be released on Wednesday, Aug. 12.
