Three Dawgs Begin NCAA Corvallis Regional On Monday
May 17, 2026 | Men's Golf
SEATTLE – Jacob Goode, Emil Herstad and Finn Koelle will represent Washington men's golf at the NCAA Corvallis Regional.
The Husky trio qualified as individuals based on their rankings during the regular season. To advance to the NCAA Championships at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa the highest finishing individual from the non-advancing teams will punch his ticket to the event.
Tee times at Trysting Tree Golf Course begin at 7:30 a.m. PT on Monday. Teams will play 18 holes each day on the par 71 course registering 7,384 yards. Live scoring is available through Clippd and a live stream will be available through Babygrande Golf – which is a paid service – for all three rounds.
The Dawgs are paired with Sacramento State and individuals for the first round. Herstad will tee off at 9:42 a.m. PT while Goode and Koelle are paired together at 9:53 a.m. PT. Both groups will go off hole No. 1.
Koelle is coming off a runner-up finish at the Big Ten Championship, shooting 5-under, at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club. In just his sixth event since arriving to UW in January, Herstad had a Top 10 finish at Big Tens. Goode has four of Washington's five best individual gross rounds this season with a 64, two 65s and a 66. The trio was also named to the All-Big Ten Second Team while Herstad was also an All-Freshman Team honoree.
