
Lu Named To All-Big Ten First Team

SEATTLE – Women's golf sophomore Vivian Lu has been named to the First Team All-Big Ten after an impressive second-year campaign with the Huskies, as the conference announced Monday morning.
She was one of 10 conference golfers named to the First Team and was also recognized with the team's sportsmanship award.
Lu has led the Dawgs in each tournament that she has played three complete rounds for this spring, including a first-place overall finish at the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational March 24-26 (205, -11).
The sophomore led the Huskies to a team first-place finish at the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational, as the team shot 19-under for the three-day tournament.
She was named Big Ten Women's Golfer of the Week, her first conference honor and first for the Huskies this season, after finishing at the top of the leaderboard at the invitational.
Earlier this season, Lu was named to the Annika Award Final Fall Watch List.
The Auckland, New Zealand native will represent Washington at the 2025 NCAA Women's Golf Championships as an individual competitor, her second straight year qualifying as an NCAA individual.
Lu will compete at the Gold Canyon Regional site in Gold Canyon, Ariz. as the top-seeded individual.
