Three Wins For The Dawgs To Start Regionals

BERKELEY, Calif. – Washington women's tennis won all three matches on day one of ITA Northwest Regionals on Friday at Hellman Tennis Complex.
The duo of Zehra Suko and Waverly Potter opened the day with an 8-3 win over Santa Clara's Juliette Krumholz and Madhumitha Satishbabu.
All eight dawgs have earned a spot in the singles main draw as Potter won both of her qualifying matches. In her first match, she defeated Portland's Kennedy Harris in straight sets 6-4, 6-4. Against UC Davis' Isabella Bringas she won in three sets 6-2, 5-7, 6-1.
