Β
LAST TIME OUT
Washington came away with its second win and third result against a Top 5 opponent following a 3-1 victory over Portland on Sunday afternoon. Three different Huskies recorded goals in the contest with Richie Aman and Nick O'Brien notching their first goals of the season. The Huskies also beat No. 3 Indiana (1-0) and drew with No. 1 Stanford (1-1) earlier this season.

The sophomore factored in to four of the five goals the Huskies scored over the two matches.
Β
TOP OF THE PAC
For the second year in a row, the Huskies were picked to finish first in the conference in the preseason poll, voted on by the league's six coaches. In addition, four Huskies - Sam Fowler, Nate Jones, Christian Soto and Kalani Kossa-Rienzi - were named to the Pac-12 preseason team.

Β
RANKED NON-CON MATCHUPS
The last time the Huskies faced a ranked non-conference opponent was twice in 2019 vs. then-No. 18 Denver and at No. 16 Michigan State prior to the match at No. 3 Indiana. Under head coach Jamie Clark, the Huskies are 8-4-1 all-time in ranked regular season non-conference matchups.
