Husky Basketball Preps for European Summer Trip

SEATTLE - The University of Washington men's basketball team will embark on a foreign tour with stops in Paris and Barcelona from August 15-25.
The Huskies will compete in three games against professional-level teams while getting a cultural and educational experience with sightseeing and tours. The team last traveled abroad in 2019.
"We're really excited for this trip to be an opportunity for our team to bond, to experience world cultures and to compete against some high-level competition as we prepare for the season," said Head Coach Mike Hopkins.
The team will spend four nights in Paris followed by five nights in Barcelona, visiting the beaches of Normandy, Sagrada Familia and other city sites along the journey.
