Transfer Linebacker Kristopher Moll Joins UW Program

The Washington football program has received signed a financial aid agreement from transfer student Kristopher Moll, a linebacker from Miami, Fla., who will join the team this summer.

Moll comes to the UW after having spent five seasons at UAB, where he earned first-team All-Conference USA in 2019 and 2020. A Class 8A all-state prospect from Miami's Coral Gables High School, Moll played in 50 games during his UAB career, compiling 235 total tackles, including 27.5 for a loss and 13 sacks, along with six forced fumbles and two interceptions.

In 2019, he notched 104 tackles, including 16 for a loss and nine sacks over 13 games, to earn All-CUSA for the first time. The following year, over eight games of the shortened 2020 season, he recorded 59 stops, repeating as a first-team All-CUSA selection. His 2021 season was cut short by injury after just three games.

Moll will join the UW program this summer for the start of camp and will have one season of eligibility remaining.
