
Mulkey and Van Dyke Earn Pac-12 Postseason Honors

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- Washington center Nancy Mulkey and forward Haley Van Dyke were named to the 2022 Honorable Mention All-Pac-12 Team and Honorable Mention All-Defensive Team, as voted on by the conference coaches, the Pac-12 announced Tuesday.
Mulkey, a senior from Cypress, Texas, established herself as one of the leading shot blockers in the nation this season, recording 3.0 blocked shots per game, which ranks first in the conference and seventh nationally. Her 65 total blocked shots ranks 14th in the nation. She also established herself as an offensive threat, averaging 10.5 points per game and shooting 50% from the three-point line. Mulkey set her season high at 26 points.
Van Dyke, a junior from Walnut Creek, Calif., was a force on both ends of the court this season, with five double doubles and six games with double digit boards. Her 7.9 rebounds per game ranks tied for second in the conference. Van Dyke had a season-high 20 points twice this season, and set her career high for rebounds in a game with 13. She averaged 11.1 points per game to lead the team.
Both Mulkey and Van Dyke started every game this season for the Huskies.
