The University of Washington athletic department and its exclusive multimedia rightsholder, Huskies Sports Properties, announced Tuesday a new five-year broadcast agreement with iHeartMedia Seattle's Sports Radio 950 KJR, Seattle's Home for March Madness and the Final Four, effective through the 2024-2025 athletic season.
The No. 11 Husky men's golf team posted its sixth top-two showing of the season as it finished second at the Bandon Dunes Championship on Tuesday with its 3-under 849 (286-281-282).
UW women's golf ended the Juli Inkster Meadow Club Invitational in third place on Tuesday with a team score of 17-over 881 (290-299-292).
Husky men's basketball freshman Isaiah Stewart was named to the U.S. Basketball Writers Association All-District IX team, the organization announced Wednesday.
