Washington baseball (28-22, 12-15 Pac-12) wraps up the regular season by hosting a hot Cal Bears (30-18, 15-11) baseball team that is 9-1 over their last 10 games.
A record number of track and field Huskies are ready to test themselves against the best in the west this Thursday through Saturday, with coveted bids to the NCAA Outdoor Championships at stake. The penultimate meet of the season, the NCAA West Preliminary Championships are being hosted by Sacramento State at Hornet Stadium.
University of Washington men's basketball has signed five-star Class of 2019 local standout Jaden McDaniels to the Husky program, head coach Mike Hopkins announced. McDaniels, who hails from Federal Way, signed a Financial Aid Agreement and will join the Dawgs next season. Washington will now have three five-star standouts on the roster.
Washington volleyball announced the third member of its 2019 freshman class today as libero/defensive specialist Sianna Houghton from Menlo Park, Calif. is set to become a Dawg. Houghton joins Sophie Summers and Olivia Mikkelsen as incoming Huskies this fall.
