No. 6 Washington softball
extended its winning streak with another shutout win, blanking California 8-0 in six innings. The Huskies now have an eight-game winning streak and three-game shutout streak.
Husky women's tennis freshman Sedona Gallagher gutted out a victory at No. 5 singles, winning both sets in tiebreakers
to clinch a hard-fought victory as No. 15 Washington beat No. 19 California, 4-3.
Washington men's tennis
fell at Arizona while Husky baseball also
suffered a setback at the hands of the Wildcats in Tucson.
Washington beach volleyball
returns to the road this week, heading to the Bay Area where Stanford will host this year's Pac-12 North Invitational.
The No. 25 Husky women's golf team
is back in action at the Silverado Showdown, April 7-9, at the Silverado Resort and Spa in Napa, Calif. The Huskies are coming off a tie for third at the PING ASU Invitational last weekend in Tempe, Ariz.
