Here's one reason why ???? pic.twitter.com/7ojzKnLx3z
Q: Can you quickly fill us in on where you are currently playing and how long you have been with them?
Β
A: I played the last two seasons for the Philadelphia Union's USL team, Bethlehem Steel. I signed with Real Monarchs SLC for this 2018 season.
Β
Q: How has the season gone for you and the team?
Β
A: This year we are 8-1-1 and at the top of the USL table, so things couldn't be much better for us at the moment!
Β
Q: Can you talk a bit about the fantastic match last week, with your first goal of the season and an assist on the match-winner?
Β
A: It felt great to finally get that goal, had quite a few opportunities earlier in the season, but better late than never! Just happy to contribute to the team's success.
Β
Q: What is the best part of playing professional soccer? Is being a professional all you hoped it would be?
Β
A: Definitely! I get to wake up and play my favorite sport every day, it doesn't get much better.
Β
Q: What do you miss most about playing at UW?
Β
A:Β Living, playing and having a laugh with 25 of my closest buddies every day. Also Connibear, free food at Connibear was pretty awesome.Β
Β
Q: What is your favorite memory of Coach Clark?
A: Too many to choose from. His ability to turn the everyday event into a meaningful lesson always resonates. Jamie and the coaching staff care a great deal about their players.
Β
Q: Any advice for any current or future Huskies?
Β
A: I know it's played out advice, but just enjoy every bit of your 4 years. You're at the best school, with great facilities and even better coaching staff. Take advantage of it all and just enjoy.
Β
Q: Any other thoughts you may have?
Β
A: Go Dawgs!
