SEATTLE – Following a bye week, No. 33 Washington women's tennis is back in action, kicking off Pac-12 play with a match at No. 21 Oregon on Friday at 1:30 p.m. PT.
Washington (8-5) had lost three matches in a row until beating Portland State on Feb. 25 at home. The team is hoping to continue its winning ways against Oregon (9-3). In the latest ITA rankings, the Dawgs dropped a spot to No. 33. In singles, Stacey Fung is now at No. 14 while Vanessa Wong is No. 56. The doubles duo of Wong and Miki Kobayashi moved up to No. 29.
