SURPRISE, Ariz. --- The Washington doubles team of Jack Davis and Piers Foley lost in the Round of 16 at the ITA National Fall Championships on Thursday.
Davis and Foley fell to Bolla/Ruehl from Arizona State 6-3, 3-6, 15-17. It was a hard fought back and forth battle, with the Sun Devils ultimately winning the decisive tiebreaker. Β
In doubles consolation play, Enzo Sommer and Kawika Lam dropped the match against De La Bassettier and Nemeth from Penn State 2-6, 2-6.
