August 22, 2017 | Men's Tennis
SEATTLE – Washington men's tennis announced its fall schedule on Tuesday, which consists of four tournaments all taking place in California.
The fall season will kick off with the Gaucho Classic from Oct. 6-8 in Santa Barbara, California. This tournament will be hosted by UC Santa Barbara.
The second tournament in October will be the ITA Regional Championships Presented by Oracle from Oct. 19-23 in Stockton, California. If any of the Huskies advance to the singles finals or win the doubles event at regionals, they will qualify for the ITA National Fall Championships from Nov. 1-5 in Palm Desert, California.
To wrap up the fall season, Washington will play in the Jack Kramer Club Invitational, taking place from Nov. 2-5 in Palos Verdes, California.
In 2017-18, the Huskies return eight letterwinners from last year's roster, losing just two seniors from the squad that qualified for the NCAA Tournament in 2017. They will also welcome incoming freshmen Jack Davis and Alexis Alvarez.
