
Socha Named Football Scoop Strength Coach Of The Year

Washington's Tim Socha was named national Strength Coach of the Year by FootballScoop.com it was announced Friday. Socha just completed his third season at Washington.
Socha leads the Huskies' strength and conditioning program that plays an integral role in the team's success. He and his four full-time staff members -- which includes Chris Clendenen, Matt King, Mike McDonald and Kyle Sammons -- help develop players year round in the weight room and in on-field conditioning.
Socha spent eight years at Boise State before joining Coach Chris Petersen at Wa fashington three years ago. He was a four-year letterman at Minnesota from 1995-98.
