KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Washington combined to shoot 13-over 301 in the second round of the Pac-12/SEC Championship at Holston Hills Country Club on Saturday to drop four notches on the leaderboard and into an eighth-place tie.
The No. 9 ranked Huskies moved to 20-over par 596 after 36 holes and enter Sunday's final round tied with Colorado.
Alabama is the only squad under par at -3 for the tournament. No. 1 UCLA sits in second, five shots behind the sixth-ranked Crimson Tide.
Auburn is third, followed by Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Southern Cal and Mississippi.
Eight squads in the 23 team field are ranked among Golfstat.com's top-10.
Washington entered Saturday tied for fourth, but could not carry over their stellar play on Saturday. The Husky five combined to shoot 12-over on the front nine, with freshman Cyd Okino the only player to shoot under par on the front.
"We got off to a rough start," said UW Coach Mary Lou Mulflur. "We settled down a little on the back, but we just had a couple of holes that jumped up and bit us and we didn't take advantage of some easier holes."
"Overall they're doing okay and hopefully we can bounce back and get everyone going."
Sadena Parks led the charge on the final nine, shooting a bogey-free back. She was one of three Huskies to lead the Dawgs' charge on Saturday, shooting 75 on the day. Okino and Jennifer Yang are the others.
Parks and freshman Soo Bin Kim are the top Huskies through two days, sitting tied for 29th on the leaderboard out of 118 competitors. Both golfers are 4-over 148 for the tournament.
Kim shot 76 for the day.
Okino is tied for 37th at +5, Yang tied for 52nd at +7 and Kelli Bowers is tied for 90th at +13.
Overall, nine golfers are under par for the tournament. Tennessee's Nathalie Mansson and Alabama's Stephanie Meadow lead the way at 5-under par.
Sunday's play will commence at 10:30 a.m. ET with a shotgun start.
