SEATTLE - The USC volleyball team completed a weekend sweep by handing Washington a 3-0 loss Friday night at the sold-out Pavilion Addition. Game scores were 15-7, 15-3 and 15-10. The Trojans beat Washington State in five games on Thursday.
The Huskies fell to 6-8 overall and 2-4 in the Pac-10 while USC improved to 8-3 and 3-1.
Senior Kristina Laffling led the Huskies in both kills (11) and digs (eight), but was the only Husky to reach double figures in kills. USC's Janae Henry had a match-high 13 kills while both Kashi Cormier and Antoinette Polk contributed 10 each.
Washington travels to face Arizona and Arizona State next Thursday and Friday.
