2022-23 (FRESHMAN): Pac-12 All-Freshman Team member with averages of 10.0 points and 3.1 assists and a 1.8 assist-turnover ratio which led all Pac-12 freshmen ... The only Husky to play in all 32 games, making 21 starts ... Made collegiate debut in season opener against Weber State (11/7/22) ... made first career start against North Florida (11/11/22) ... became first UW freshman to lead the team in scoring in consecutive games since Isaiah Stewart in 2020 ... then career-high 26 points against Utah Tech (11/14/22) on four three-pointers - the most by a UW freshman since RaeQuan Battle in 2020 ... career-high eight assists and five rebounds at Arizona State (1/8/23) ... career-high 4 steals against Stanford (1/12/23) ... 21 points against #6 Arizona, his most points scored in a conference game ... led Huskies to overtime win over Oregon (2/15/23) with career-high 27 points on 11-for-15 shooting ... became just the fifth Husky since 1996-97 and first since Markelle Fultz to have 27 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds in a game ... named Pac-12 Freshman of the Week on Feb. 20
HIGH SCHOOL: The dynamic guard was the leading scorer in Nike's EYBL this past summer, averaging 22.6 points on 46.7 percent shooting for The Family. He played at Phoenix Prep in Arizona after previously competing at Beecher High School in Flint, Michigan. In 2021 at Beecher High, he led them to a 16-1 record in an abbreviated season and averaged 26 points, 9.3 assists, 6.6 steals and 4.7 rebounds. He was the Michigan Division 3 Player of the Year and capped the season with a 37-point performance in a championship-game win. In all, Menifield lettered four times at Beecher, a school that also produced current Washington Wizards guard Monte Morris.

"Keyon is one of the most talented guards in the country and we feel really lucky to have him. He has the ability to score. He was one of the top scorers in Michigan the last two years and was the leading scorer of the Nike EYBL circuit, which not too many people can say. His ability as an explosive scorer is a huge addition."
