Mike Gange enters his first year as a student manager for the Huskies.
Gange begun his collegiate playing career at Everett Community College. While at Everett CC, he was selected back to back years as a first team north region second basemen and helped the Trojans make an appearance at the NWAACC tournament in 2011.
Gange was rewarded for his time at Everett Community College, by earning an Athletic Scholarship to Western Oregon University. At Western Oregon University, Gange played second base and wasΒ named College Athlete of the Week by the Everett Herald and named to the GNAC All Conference Academic Team. He helped the Wolves capture two league titles and a regional appearance during his time at WOU.
Gange graduated from Western Oregon with a Bachelorβs Degree in Communication Studies.
Over the past five years Gange has been involved in many select baseball programs around the Seattle- Metro area, coaching ages ranging from 13u β 18u.
In 2013, Gange worked as an associate scout with the Baltimore Orioles. He currently serves as an Assistant Coach with the Bellingham Bells. The Bells were crowned West Coast League champions during Gangeβs first stint with the team in 2013.
Gange grew up in Marysville, Wash. and graduated from Marysville Pilchuck High School in 2008.
