
Washington Concludes Regular Season

BERKELEY, Calif. β The GymDawgs wrapped up the regular season Friday night at Haas Pavilion, earning a team score of 195.500 to take fourth place. Host Cal claimed the top spot, followed by Arizona State and BYU.
Washington opened the night on floor, where Caitlin McWilliams set the tone with a 9.800 to start the rotation. Emily Innes led the Huskies with a 9.900, while Mary McDonough added a strong 9.850.
Next up was vault, where McDonough matched her season best with a 9.850. Lex Mouyenga posted a new career-high 9.850, and Kristin Lin tied her season best with a solid 9.800.
On bars, the Dawgs delivered standout performances. Taylor Russon impressed with a 9.925, tying her career high and earning a share of first place. McDonough continued her strong night, matching her career-best with a 9.900.
The GymDawgs closed out the meet on beam, where McDonough once again tied her career high with a 9.850, while Innes also posted a 9.850 to cap the night.
In the all-around, McDonough shined, setting a new career high with an impressive 39.450.
