
Gymnastics Opens Season At Home

SEATTLE – The Washington gymnastics team will open its 2025 season at home with the UW Quad Meet, hosting Boise State, Stanford, and UC Davis on Friday, Jan. 10 at 6:30 p.m. PT.
UC Davis opened its season at the Sac State Tri-Meet, finishing second with a score of 193.525. Stanford enters the season after reaching the NCAA National Championships semifinals in 2024. Boise State, the reigning 2024 Mountain West champion, will also make its season debut Friday, along with Stanford.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Tickets for the Quad Meet are available here. Season tickets can be purchased here.
The meet will stream live on B1G+, with Alisa Mowe and Baely Rowe on the call.
Friday's meet will feature the "Purple Strong" theme, aimed at raising awareness for causes meaningful to the GymDawgs.
Following the competition, fans can attend an autograph session with the Huskies in the concourse outside Section 2. This will be the only chance this season to meet Team 51 for autographs.
The 2025 season marks Washington's first year under head coach Jessa Hansen Parker and its inaugural year in the Big Ten Conference. The Huskies return 14 student-athletes and welcome two freshmen, Lex Mouyenga and Jessica Reith.
The Huskies were ranked 26th in the WCGA Preseason Poll along with Lana Navarro and Emily Innes being named to the 2025 Big Ten Gymnasts to Watch List.
