
Husky Softball Announces Schedule Change; Home Opener Set For Thursday

SEATTLE – Washington Softball will now hold its home opener on Thursday, Feb. 29 in a doubleheader against Maryland.
First pitch is set for noon at Husky Softball Stadium with the second game to follow at 2:30 p.m. Tickets will not be required and concessions will not be available. A clear bag policy is still in effect and fans will be able to enter through the NE Entrance only.
The Huskies will then travel down to Eugene, Ore. to play two games against Mount St. Mary's on Friday (3:30 p.m.) and Saturday (3 p.m.). Florida State will no longer be traveling to the Jane Sanders Classic.
