
Dawgs Welcomed Home Alumni

SEATTLE – The GymDawgs hosted their third fall intrasquad showday Saturday morning at Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion, showcasing routines on uneven bars and balance beam.
Lilly Tubbs, Mary McDonough, Olivia Oppegard, Taylor Russon, Lex Mouyenga, Caitlin McWilliams and Kristin Lin opened the day on bars. Afterward, Emily Innes, Lana Navaro, Lin, McDonough, Oppegard, Russon and Tubbs moved to beam.

In addition to the showday, the Huskies welcomed alumni and gymnasts' families for Homecoming and Family Weekend.
"It's nice to see so many alumni supporting the team and we're excited about the season," said Ellie Bagley, Class of 2023. "It's surreal being back and remembering all the fun times we had with our teammates."
"Having everyone back here feels like the family is together again. It's really comforting," added Madison Copiak, Class of 2020.

The GymDawgs return to action December 15 for the Purple & Gold meet. More information will be available at a later date.
