
GymDawgs Add Three To Their 25-26 Squad

SEATTLE – Washington Gymnastics welcomes three new GymDawgs to the 2025-26 squad, as they each signed their Big Ten Athletic Scholarship Agreement this morning. Elena Brian (Fontana, Calif.), Evelyn DeYoung (Puyallup, Wash.), and Haley Fichiera (Chandler, Ariz.) will look to make an immediate impact for the Huskies.
Elena Brian has trained at SCEGA Gymnastics in Temecula, Calif. She is a two-time national qualifier and the 2023 national floor medalist. Head Coach Jessa Hansen Parker is excited about her future contributions to the program.

Evelyn DeYoung, a five-time national qualifier and two-time national medalist, has trained at Ascend Gymnastics in Auburn, Wash. She brings valuable experience and leadership to the program.

Haley Fichiera, who trained at Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics in Chandler, Ariz., rounds out today's signing class. Fichiera was part of the 2023 Arizona Level 10 state championship team and has qualified for regionals three times. Hansen Parker is excited about both her athletic and academic contributions.
