Youth Sporting Goods Drive Coming Labor Day Weekend

SEATTLE – Alongside the Seattle Sports Day theme for the Husky Football home opener, fans are encouraged to impact the local community through a youth sporting goods drive held at Washington Athletics events on Saturday, Sept. 2 and Sunday, Sept. 3. In partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, sporting goods collected will be re-distributed to those in need of new sports gear this fall as the academic year kicks off.
Please consider donating the following NEW sporting goods items:
Fans attending the Husky Football game vs. Boise State on Saturday, Sept. 2 can bring items to the collection point outside Husky Ballpark from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., where Boys & Girls Club staff will be on-site to accept donations. Note: For those parking outside of the E18/E1 tailgate lots, items must be walked in and dropped off, there will be no drive-up option on Saturday. Fans attending the Husky Women's Soccer match on Sunday, Sept. 3 vs. CSUN can drop off items in the same location from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Be on the lookout for the Boys & Girls Club van outside Husky Ballpark on Saturday, Sept. 2 and Sunday, Sept. 3!
