
Washington To Host NCAA Regional

SEATTLE โ Washington softball was selected as the seventh overall seed in the 2023 NCAA Softball Tournament and will host a regional this weekend at Husky Softball Stadium.

The regionalย will run May 19-21. If the Huskies advance out of the regional, they would stay home to host Super Regionals against the winner of the LSU Regional.

Joining Washington in the Seattle Regional is Minnesota, McNeese and Northern Colorado. Friday's game between the Golden Gophers and Cowgirls is slated for 3:30 p.m., while the Huskies will face the Bears at 6 p.m. PT. Both games will air on ESPN+.

The Huskies have made 29 consecutive regional appearances dating back to 1994 and have hosted each of the last seven seasons.

Season ticket holders check your email for information on how to secure your seats for the 2023 regional. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, May 16.
