#25 GymDawgs Earn 195.225, Fall to #12 Oregon State

SEATTLE – The #25 Washington gymnastics team (4-5, 0-3 Pac-12) lost to the #12 Beavers Saturday afternoon, 195.225 - 197.300.
The GymDawgs started out on vault, where they earned a 48.900. Amara Cunningham led the way, tying her season-high 9.875.
Washington then headed to bars (49.125), where they saw many season-bests on the unevens. Skylar Killough-Wilhelm tied her career-high with a 9.925 on bars. Lilly Tubbs also tied a career-high and season-high with a 9.850. Deiah Moody set a new season-high 9.825 on bars.
The Huskies struggled a bit on the beam, earning their lowest score of the afternoon (47.925). Kennedi Davis earned a 9.850 and Brenna Brooks notched a 9.825 on an overall low scoring event for the GymDawgs.
Where they struggled on beam, they made up for in their floor routines. Washington earned a 49.275, their highest floor score so far this season. The floor was the only event that Washington scored higher than the Beavers.
Amara Cunningham continued her greatest on floor, earning a 9.925. Thu Nguyen earned a season-best 9.900 in the final performance of the meet.
