
Huskies Meet with Stanford in Non-Conference Dual

SEATTLE – Washington gymnastics (4-6, 0-4 Pac-12) is headed straight from Tucson to Stanford, California where they will take on the Cardinal in a non-conference dual meet on Monday, Feb. 13 at 4 p.m. PT.

HUSKIES SO FAR
The Huskies are looking for their first victory in conference action after being narrowly defeated by Arizona on Feb. 10, 196.800 - 196.750.
Washington earned their highest vault score so far this season against the Wildcats with a 49.250. Amara Cunningham and Skylar Killough-Wilhelm were two of a three-way tie for first place on vault, each earning a 9.875.
The 9.875 was Killough-Wilhelm's season-high and tied Cunningham's season-high.
Emily Innes set a new vault season-best with her 9.825, while also earning a 9.825 on her floor routine.
Killough-Wilhelm also matched her career-high with a 9.900 floor routine to lead the way on the floor with Cunningham, who also notched a 9.900.
Deiah Moody stole the show late when she earned her career-best 9.900 in the anchor spot on the beam.
THE COMPETITION – STANFORD
Last time out the Huskies won the match with Stanford, 196.875 - 196.275 on March 6, 2022.
The time before that, the Huskies came in second (196.825) at the 2022 Metroplex Challenge, beating out Stanford and Denver and placing behind Oklahoma (198.175).
Stanford is competing in the Metroplex Challenge on Saturday, Feb. 11 in Fort Worth, Texas where they will face #16 Arkansas, #11 Alabama, and #1 Oklahoma.
The Cardinal are 6-1 on the season (2-1 Pac-12) with their last win coming against Arizona at home (196.275 - 195.700). Their only loss so far this season came to #7 Cal, 197.525 - 196.075.
