#25 Washington Welcomes #12 Oregon State for Second Home Meet of Season

SEATTLE -- The #25 Washington gymnastics team (4-4, 0-2 Pac-12) welcome the #12 Oregon State Beavers (7-3-1, 0-0-1 Pac-12) to Alaska Airlines Arena this Saturday, Feb. 4.
The meet will begin at 1 p.m. PT and will be streamed on Pac-12 Networks. Tickets are available here.
The Huskies will welcome back GymDawg alumni to Saturday's meet, as well as honor and recognize the 50th anniversary of Title IX and National Girls and Women in Sports Day (Feb. 1).

HUSKIES SO FAR
The Huskies are coming off a matchup with #4 Utah on Saturday, Jan. 28 where they earned a score of 196.350. This was the second 196 score of the season for the GymDawgs, with the first coming in the Wasatch Classic on Jan. 14. The Utes won the meet 197.975-196.350.
Washington earned multiple season-high scores against Utah (Jan. 28), including a season-high 9.900 on bars for Skylar Killough-Wilhelm, who also tied a season-high on floor (9.850).
Brenna Brooks tied a career-high on vault (9.850), and Lana Navarro tied a career-high on beam (9.900) while notching a season-high vault score (9.825).
Kennedi Davis set a beam season-high (9.875) after missing competition against UCLA on Jan. 21. Thu Nguyen set a new career-high in her second floor routine of the season with a 9.825.
THE COMPETITION – OREGON STATE
Oregon State won the last matchup with Washington on Feb. 13, 2022, in Corvallis, taking the meet 197.275-194.450.
The Beavers are coming off a 197.275 tie with #5 UCLA in Los Angeles on Jan. 29, earning a season-high score.
OSU is led by Olympian Jade Carey, who was just awarded her third-straight Pac-12 Gymnast of the Week honor.
NEXT UP
The Huskies are back on the road for two straight weekends following this week's home conference matchup.
First, the GymDawgs will take on Arizona on Feb. 10 in Tucson, and then head up to Stanford on Feb. 13.
