Washington women's baketball senior guard Amber Melgoza has been named to the 2020 All-Pac-12 team as voted on by the conference coaches announced Tuesday morning.
The Pac-12 announced Husky softball's Baylee Klingler as its Player of the Week and Kelley Lynch as its Freshman of the Week on Tuesday after the duo hit a combined .517 last weekend with four home runs and 17 RBI in Washington's five games.
UW athletics announced Tuesday that the 2020 Fan Fest and Spring Game will be held on Saturday, Apr. 25.
After taking its second straight series over the weekend, the Husky baseball team dropped a midweek contest with Portland, 3-1, Tuesday night at Husky Ballpark.
The UW women's basketball team opens the 2020 Pac-12 Tournament as the No. 9 seed and faces No. 8 seed Utah at 2 p.m. on Thursday at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nev.
Husky men's basketball concludes its regular season on the road this week as it first heads to Tempe to face Arizona State at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Mar. 5.
