Huskies Finish In Eighth At Pac-12 Championships

EUGENE, Ore. β The Washington men's golf team finished in eighth place at 44-over par after the completion of the final round of play at the Pac-12 Championships on Wednesday. The Huskies carded a 20-over 375 at Eugene Country Club, moving up one spot on the leaderboard.
Sophomore Jan Schneider capped an impressive tournament in which he finished in 12th place at 1-over par. Schneider carded a 3-over round of 74 on Wednesday, with five birdies on his round. Schneider's 18 birdies were tied for the most in the field.
Sophomore Noah Woolsey shot a 1-over round of 72 to finish the tournament at 2-over par and finishing in 13th place. Woolsey turned it on in the back nine as he four birdies over his final six holes.
Junior Henry Lee tied for 37th place at 10-over par after shooting a 3-over round of 74 in his fourth round of play. Lee also came into the clubhouse strong as he played his final seven holes at 1-under. Lee was very solid on the par-5's throughout the tournament, shooting 7-under in his four rounds of play, which was tied for third best in the field.
Freshman Ranveer Grewal shot a 6-over 77 on Wednesday as he tied for 57th place at 19-over par.
Junior Shamu Bodhidatta finished the championship in a tie for 63rd place at +24, as Bodhidatta carded a round of 77 on Wednesday. Freshman Padraic Sim shot a round of 83 and tied for 66th place at +26.
