Last year, Washington swept Cal in Seattle in a rain-shortened two-game series. That gave the Huskies the all-time series lead at 46-44. Washington hasn't lost to Cal since 2016 and has won three consecutive series against the Golden Bears. Under Heather Tarr, the Huskies have lost only four series to Cal and just one series since 2013.

ย HOMER HAPPY | |
| After a four-homer week, Morganne Flores now has 11 home runs on the season and 32 in her career. She has the most home runs of any Pac-12 player not playing for an Arizona school. Over her last eight games, Flores has hit seven home runs, including her third and fourth multi-homer games. Flores needs just one home run to tie Julia DePonte for 12th in UW history. The redshirt junior is one of ten Huskies ever with multiple double-digit homer seasons: only Ali Aguilar, Kylee Lahners, Kristen Rivera, and Jaime Clark have had more than two seasons with 10+ homers. | ||

ย REWRITING THE RECORDS
| Taran Alvelo hit a number of milestones last week. The senior won her 91st game, putting her fourth in UW history behind Danielle Lawrie, Jennifer Spediacci, and Tia Bollinger. She also passed Caitlin Noble for fourth in UW history in strikeouts with her 758th. Alvelo is fifth in UW history in shutouts with 26 and will move to third with her 27th, tying her with Ashley Boek and Eve Gaw. Only seven pitchers in UW history have a better career ERA than Alvelo's 2.09 (min. 100 appearances). | ||

ย THIS ONE'S FOR YOU, COACH
| Sis Bates' single on Sunday against Oregon State gave her 181 career hits, tying the junior with Heather Tarr for 26th in UW history. Only eight Huskies in history with a minimum of 100 games played have higher career batting averages than Bates' .365 mark. She is the eighth player in the Pac-12 with 40+ hits this season and is on a pace for her third straight season of 60+ hits. | ||

ย LEADOFF ONS | |
| The Huskies as a team have reached base safely 42.5% of the time when leading off innings. Sis Bates has led the way, reaching safely 22 times in 48 opportunities. After starting her leadoff career reaching safely once in her first 11 game-leading off at-bats, Bates has reached in the first at-bat of the game ten of 16 times. | ||
