
Hunter Bryant Named To AP All-America Second Team

Washington junior tight end Hunter Bryant has been named to the All-America second team by the Associated Press, the AP announced today.
Bryant, from Issaquah, Wash. (Eastside Catholic), had previously been named to the All-Pac-12 first team and was named first-team All-America by TheAthletic.com. He was one of three finalists for the John Mackey Award.
Bryant finished the season with 52 receptions for a team-high 825 yards. Both totals second-best in UW single-season history by a tight end. Bryant, who has already announced that he wil forgo his senior year and move on to the NFL, ended his career with 85 catches for 1,394 yards, the fifth- and second- highest by a UW tight end.
