The Oregon State Beavers At A Glance
The Beavers enter the match looking to get back in the win column after a loss at Cal and tie with Stanford last week. Oregon State is 5-4-1 overall this year (2-1-1 in Pac-12 play), but is still looking for its first win away from Corvallis. The Beavers are 5-2-0 at home, but just 0-2-1 on the road where they spend the entire month of October.
Oregon State had a rough trip through the Bay area last week, losing 2-1 at Cal after allowing a PK in the 71st minute. The PK prove key at Stanford as the Beavers allowed a spot kick in the 73rd minute–just two minutes after a Stanford player received a red card–which tied up the match.
The Beaver defense has allowed a goal in eight of 10 matches this season including one in each of the last three matches. The offense has helped overcome that stat by scoring 1.70 goals per game, scoring at least two in six of 10 matches.
Series History vs. Oregon State

Blake Bodily scored the match-winner in the 44th minute while Ethan Bartlow tallied his first collegiate goal to close out the scoring in the 60th minute. That came after Oregon State blew out the Huskies 4-2 to open Pac-12 play in Corvallis.

Meek's STILL A Goal-Scoring Machine!
Redshirt sophomore Lucas Meek continues his impressive offensive run, leading the Huskies with six goals on the season despite playing in just 237 minutes over nine matches. In addition, five of those goals have been match-winners, which is tied for the NCAA lead in that category. Meek added to both totals with an incredible diving header in the second overtime at Stanford to help the Huskies pull off the upset.
Meek redshirted his first year, played three minutes at the end of one match last year as a freshman, and was down on the depth chart to start the year this season. Meek's first action in 2019 came in mop-up time in a 4-0 win over San Francisco. He came on in the 41st minute at No. 16 Michigan State, then scored two minutes later and didn't play again in the second half. He did not play at Michigan, but then came in late in the match at CSUN and scored UW's only goal in the 80th minute.
